I had the priviledge to bring my car to your service department for service.
It was an awesome experience. I was very pleased with the overall service.
When I walked in, Liz was already on the phone making arrangements for Gary to take me home. She was very courteous and pleasant. She asked if I would like my car washed. After I finished paying for the service, she went over the work that had been done on my car.
When I went out to get in the car, it was immaculate inside and out. It was looking good.
I am well pleased with the overall service. I will be back for the next service.

Your team did a fine job on my S 430. Story Haug is always pleasant to deal with. Thank for taking my advise in your survey. I ask for more reading material and perhaps some treats in your lounge. On my last visit on Nov. 8th I was able to read USA TO DAY and had a cookie with my coffee.
Brandon Kindle was amazing through this process. It’s the most comfortable I’ve ever felt purchasing a vehicle. Not only did he help me with the selection of a vehicle, but also the decision process of lease vs. purchase. I felt very well taken care of! This is my first Mercedes Benz and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Mercedes of Tacoma and with Brandon.

I was very pleased with my last visit and the service that was done was very thorough. Stori, who oversaw the maintenance explained what was done very well and added what I could expect. David, a dealer there was very cordial and pleasant and even took the time to show me the new SLK and get me the newest catalog on the car.
I was originally going to buy from Mercedes in Lynnwood because the contacted me first; but since Mercedes of Tacoma services my 1997 E320, I decided to stop by there first. I am glad I did! My Sales Consultant, Matt, made this a pleasant experience, and competitive with Lynnwood. I felt Larson’s gave me the best deal. My Delivery Specialist was very impressive and knowledgeable. it was fun working with him go over the features of the car.

We took advantage of the free alignment with the purchase of 4 tires. The car now drives the best it has since we bought it. Michael was very helpful during the process and you can consider us “happy campers”. Thanks again and we will be coming in for service in about 2,000 miles.
So far so good. Matt was understanding of my needs. Came in on a day off to close the purchase. My only regret is that I didn’t realize that voice commands are only with the navigation package (which I should have purchased, everything else being equal).
My experience with the team at Larson was fantastic. My sales person, Brandon, felt more like a mercedes consultant which to me was lovely. I despise the hard sale and shark attack feeling sales people can me one feel at times. With Brandon I felt like I was buying a car from a friend. He took the time to listen to me and find out what was important. He then showed me all of the things that car had that matched my needs and then showed me MORE. Since the exact color and interior of the car I wanted was not in stock he found one for me at another dealer and went to pick it up for me on his DAY OFF! Who does that? I was very impressed with his style and great energy. Incredible service.
Kristy Scharmer was incredibly accomodating. She anwered all sorts of questions I had at all hours. I am sure I must have been a pain but, I never felt that from her. She was a complete delight to work with, incredibly knowledgable and made the finance process easy. There was no long drawn out weird deal making period. It was smooth with out any hiccups. She made me feel that she had my best interest at heart. I truly feel like I was given a great deal. Kristy is a pro!
Lastly, the process of the delivery was more than I expected to have. Scott took the time and had the patience to show me the additonal details on my new car. I know I would have been LOST without his help and frustrated with the technology. I now know how to use the technology which makes the car even more bad ass. I am still in awe that he hands out his personal cell phone number.

I am very pleased that I decided to purchase my E-350 from Mercedes Benz of Tacoma. Kenneth Rachal who sold me the car was the consummate professional throughout the process. I received the highest caliber of service when purchasing my car. Jim foster and the others were exceptional at listening to my desires in finding and delivering the Mercedes that I was looking for. Jim was professional and yet very casual in taking care of me and making sure I was comfortable with my decision…no pressure or hype. He gave me a wonderful tour of some of the points of interest of the city of Tacoma as part of my test drive (I am new to this area and that was a nice touch). I also need to mention George Rockey who made the financial arrangements very smooth and painless. Blake in customer device made sure I was well trained in the operations of the vehicle. All in all I must say it was an exceptional experience and I will not hesitate to be back when it is time for my next purchase. Mercedes can be proud of its product and these people who work there. My hat is off to you and thank you for making this happen.
